Commissioned by The Park Conservation Trust a draft Guidance Leaflet on Maintenance has been prepared which highlights the increasing problem of small scale but damaging change to the original pre 1918 estate houses. This guidance is intended to help property owners enhance the long term value of their houses by avoiding unsympathetic alterations or inappropriate repairs. The draft information is for public consultation and all comments or observations are welcome.
