Single storey, pitched roof entrance porch extension added c2000 adjacent to original wing on road front. Red brick with plain tile gabled roof and prominent gabled dormers. Pair of rectangular window bays on garden facing facade with gable and gabled dormer above at attic level. Similar rectangular bay on side facade with main entrance doorway and gabled dormer at attic level. Single storey pointed window bay adjacent to main entrance. Single storey flat roofed rectangular bay on road front. Variety of brick/terracotta detailing and ornamentation including brick cornice at eaves level, dentillation to eaves, gables and gabled dormers, moulded surrounds to door and window openings, some with pediments and segmental pediments, string courses, voussoirs, decorative festoon reliefs and air vents. Stone dressings to a number of openings plus copings to gabled dormers and bays.Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gables and gabled dormers. Perforated, decorative clay ridge tiles and lead valley flashings. Red brick chimney stacks with brick relief patterning and corbelled heads, partly altered. Original pots replaced. Replacement of original rainwater fittings and further pipework added. Originally, mainly sash windows, some with glazing bars. A number of window alterations, replacements and additions. Brick boundary wall to Lenton Avenue with saddleback copings and coursed rubble stone plinth. Brickwork now rendered and painted. Brick gate piers with stone plinth and stone caps, also partly rendered and painted. Brick garden wall to Cavendish Road West boundary.
